This winter we'll be hosting our annual foodie competition, this time embracing the perfect wintertime meal: the good old-fashioned soup. This delicious competition is as much for the soup aficionado as it is for the chef. With prizes for both the winning venue and voter, this is the perfect opportunity to support our local eateries; and keep cosy and well-nourished this winter.
Setting out from City Park the 5km route is open to all ages and all experiences, everyone is encouraged to come along dressed in pink and walk or run the event.
This event supports and encourages health awareness for all Tasmanians, and also raises vital funds for Cancer Council Tasmania’s support and research programs.

The idea for establishing a network of businesses and community groups involved in sustainability or the circular economy, came as a result of the 2024 Sustainable Living Festival and the associated Sustainable Business and Community Awards. If you're a business that has a strong focus on sustainable business practices, reach out to Alina at the Chamber of Commerce to discuss getting involved.
